# Posts

## 1. Open Posts section <a href="#id-1-open-posts-section" id="id-1-open-posts-section"></a>

1. From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store** > **Themes**.
2. Find the theme that you want to edit and click **Customize**.
3. From the top-bar drop-down menu, select **Blog posts**.
4. Click **Posts**.

## 2. General settings <a href="#id-2-general-settings" id="id-2-general-settings"></a>

* **Show featured image:** show/hide the featured image of the post.
* **Show author:** show/hide the author name of the post.
* **Show date:** show/hide the published date of the post.
* **Show social sharing buttons:** show/hide buttons that are used to share the post.

## 3. Sidebar settings

* **Enable:** show/hide the sidebar.
* **Show recent posts:** show/hide the recent post block.
* **The recent posts limit:** limit the number of recent posts.
* **Show filter tags:** show/hide the tags block.
